10TH STREET

Welcome to 10th Street, a Laguna Beach project that started out as a vacation home and transformed into a beautiful spec home. Our main focus was to make sure this home did not feel like a spec home and instead felt like a well-loved family residence. From the design to the finishing touches, every detail was carefully thought out to achieve this goal. This home embodies the essence of organic, modern, and timeless design. Featuring arches, wood elements, white oak cabinetry, and a mix of porcelain, limestone, and engineered wood floors, this project is a stunning example of our commitment to creating inviting and stylish spaces. The addition of wood beams, tongue and groove ceilings, and a plastered powder bath ensures that this spec home is a showcase of thoughtful and luxurious design.
